1) You may cancel your Autoship (Monthly Plan) subscription by going to www.SayNoToMaam.com and clicking on Account, signing in and cancelling Autoship.  Or you can call Customer Service at 1-877-324-3633.  You may modify or cancel your Autoship order at any time before the subsequent order is processed.

2) Canceling an Autoship order will stop all future shipments of that order.

3) Canceling an Autoship item will stop all future shipments of that item.

4) To resume your Autoship order after you cancelled it, you will need to create a new Autoship order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with our products and therefore offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are ever not satisfied with any product that you ordered, you may call Our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-3-AGEOFF to return the product and request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:

1) If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL refund, your return must be postmarked 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you. Please note, the following terms apply for all returned items:

To return a product for FULL refund you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting our Customer Care Centre at 1-877-3-AGEOFF.  An ‘RAN’ can ONLY be obtained by contacting our Customer Care Centre.  Please Note:

  1. A) We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
  2. B) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
  3. C) To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your ‘RAN’. The ‘RAN’ must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an ‘RAN’.
  4. D) IN CANADA,returned products must be sent to the following address:

  1. F) We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery method that provides you with a tracking number.  After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
  2. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the Product, as delivered to You, is defective. NuvoCare Health Sciences Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in NuvoCare Health Sciences judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
  3. In order to process Your refund, you must supply NuvoCare Health Sciences Inc. with Your name and delivery address. If You provide us with insufficient or incorrect information, your refund will be delayed.
  4. Depending on the bank that issues the credit card You used, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on Your credit card statement.   5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
